Why is trust easy or difficult for you?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for August 07, 2009:
Trust has always been easy for me. As a child my brother and I would recite the "stick a needle in my eye" to "swear" we weren't lying so I grew up speaking (and expecting) a person's word to be their honor. That expectation has gained me more than once the characterization of "being gullible". Now I do less often accept what another says weighing perhaps their reasons. They may not have grown up with the same Truth values I did so may say things to "CYA". That's unfortunate if they feel unsafe in speaking to others the truth for themselves, usually out of fear of rejection or being ostracized. Lies create such a nasty web of additional lies in order to try to keep the initial lie hidden. If the liar is found out they then are often mistrusted from then on. Ohhh for the day of mental telepathy!

Help

I have a feeling you're more telepathic than you let on, and I'd guess your hunches tend to be good ones. :)
Thank you, Siona … it must be this lifting of higher consciousness, new frequencies and energy coming onto the planet, moving into The Golden Age … friends lately have been noticing I'm intuitive; even my MD doctor said so (she's very metaphysical) . She said she sees me “teaching” … if there is anything I have in my brain/soul metaphysically/spiritually (aren't they about the same?) I am more than willing to share it. In the right time the teaching place will come …
Oh, Judy. I'm with your doctor; I see it too. Of course you're teaching just by being here, and by being yourself in the bravest, most authentic, sense, but it's more than that.
It's exciting. :)
